The local airports and convention center will be closed for Hurricane Milton and as a result, the event will be unable to set up and open on time. 

If you have booked your room in the IECSC hotel block, all of the hotels have cancelled the rooms in the block without penalty. Anyone who booked in the block will be receiving a $0 cancellation notice for their reservation if they haven’t already.

• Shipments that went to the advance warehouse will be returned by EES.
• Direct to show site shipments the exhibitor needs to call their carrier to make arrangement for the shipment to be returned.
