Who attends this show?

Attendees include Salon and Spa Owners and Managers, Estheticians, Wellness Professionals, Massage Therapists, Medical Spa Practitioners, Plastic Surgeons, Distributors, Skin Care Specialists, Cosmetologists, Makeup Artists, Instructors and Students.

Is the public invited to participate in the conference?

Questex only advertises to professionals in the spa industry. This is a professional trade show and most beneficial to those licensed, working and/or studying in the industry.

Do I have to bring my license to the show?

We do not require ID as not all states license their estheticians or salon/spa professionals. We recommend bringing some form of professional identification to maximize networking and business transactions.

Where can I rent a motorized scooter?

At the FedEx Office.

Registration

How much does it cost to attend?

Please find pass options and cost on the Pricing page during open registration.

Can I apply more than one promo code to a purchase?

Discounts and promotions are limited to one per registration and cannot be combined with any other offers. However, you may attend with your friends as groups of four or more save $20 off their total registration! So come together to save!!!

Do you offer group admission discounts?

Yes, groups of four or more save $20 off their total registration.

Do PBA members get a discount?

Yes, we provide a 20% admission discount to PBA members via a unique promo code that can be secured via the membership team at PBA. Email [email protected] for more information.

Where do I pick up my badge?

Please present your confirmation QR code to the onsite registration team to receive your badge.

What should I do if I forget or lose my ticket?

If your ticket is lost, forgotten or stolen, you may be required to purchase another one. Please visit the onsite registration staff.

Show Floor Restrictions

Can I bring my child to the show?

All attendees must be at least 15 years old. For the safety and security of all guests, no infants in strollers may be on the Exhibit Floor.

Can I bring my pet to the show?

Show management abides by the convention center’s building rules:

Palm Beach County Convention Center, IECSC Florida

For the safety and comfort of all our visitors, animals are not permitted in the Palm Beach County Convention Center except in conjunction with an approved exhibit or a display or performance that requires the use of an animal. Guide, signal or service animals (as defined by Law) are allowed in the PBCCC. Customers are responsible for obtaining all appropriate permits in the case of approved animals and are responsible for the sanitary needs for those animals.

If you bring an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, please Contact Us in advance to secure the appropriate entry credentials for your trusted companion.

Can I bring a roller bag to the show?

Roller bags no larger than 22”x14”x9” may be brought on the show floor. Limit 1 per person. All others must be checked at the Bag Check.

Education and Certification

Is Exhibit Hall admission included with paid education classes?

Yes! Your conference education pass includes unlimited access to the Exhibit Hall. Please find pass details on the Pricing page during open registration.

What type of education/conference program is offered?

IECSC offers a robust conference program plus a wide selection of Product Focused Education (PFE) classes included free with your paid daily Exhibit Hall admission. Please view the Schedule tab for details during open registration.

Are CEU Credits available for attending classes?

Many classes are acceptable for CEU credit, and will be marked as such within the class details. Please view specific information on the class pages available on the Schedule tab during open registration.

Due to the diversity in state accreditation programs, it is the attendee's responsibility to notify their state board to predetermine which classes are acceptable.
